I am a Machine Learning enthusiast with a keen interest in Generative modelling applications. I have a master's degree in Machine Learning and Computer Vision, and I am currently working at a Bioscience pharmaceutical company in Singapore as an Applied AI Engineer for novel drug discovery for Cancer and Autoimmune disease treatments.
This work made me be able to master working on an HPC,Linux environment, get more proficient in python/pytorch and be able to fine tune Large models for our Applied applications.
Using Generative models for denovo drug synthesis and discovery using models like Diffusion based models and LLMs.
Working on Diffusion based models and Large Language Model finetuning and applications for advancements in Drug discovery and Cancer treatment.
Developed Predictive Models: Built advanced predictive models using Python and R to enhance sales forecasting accuracy, leveraging Facebook Prophet and ARIMA models.
Data Cleaning and Preparation: Conducted extensive data cleaning and preparation using SQL and Pandas to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Performed detailed exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
Machine Learning Implementation: Implemented machine learning algorithms (e.g., random forests, gradient boosting) to identify key factors influencing sales performance, improving prediction accuracy by 30%.
Developed and deployed an Agricultural Disease Detection model on AWS using a custom augmented dataset to classify disease-inflicted crops for an agricultural marketplace. Achieved over 90% accuracy.
Worked as Team leader at one of the busiest Marugame Udon branches in London at Trafalgar Square. Worked closely with Tenchou from Japan, and enhanced my deep understanding of the Japanese Language and their Culture.
The Fashion industry is one of the old traditional industries that have a shown massive amounts of reluctance to change and adapt to the changing tides brought by Artificial Intelligence and Technlogy. I decided to help reduce the burdens of Fashion designers by creating a tool using stable diffusion model to create any number of fashion garment,t-shirts,dresses using just a simple text-prompt or a sketch.
